This is an immersive journey that includes movement, reflection, deep thoughts and community. This is a brave, safe space to reconnect with yourself and consider building a greater relationship with who you are and how you desire to interact with the world from a biblical worldview.

Elevating the Human experience with sustainable growth and substantial connection

Sample Schedule

  • We start at 7am SHARP. Be prepared to dial in to the present moment and move your body. Leave the stress and thoughts about ‘what is’ or ‘what could be’ at the door. You are here to invest in yourself; experience the moment!

  • A functional moment flow that will challenge and empower you. This is time for you to find out what you ARE capable of, not what you can’t do.

  • Learn how to breathe again and what the science is behind the power of the breath. Then, drop in to a space of meditation and see how effective breathing can transform your body’s functionality.

  • William Shakespeare once said, “ The eyes are the window to your soul.” When is the last time you actually looked at someone in the eyes? When is the last time you really let someone look into your eyes?

  • What does it mean to be healthy? What does it mean to heal? When does that process start/stop? We will deep dive into that conversation.

  • Refuel our bodies with nutrients and water. Enjoy some camaraderie time with the people you’ve been training alongside today!

  • Experience and learn the art of matching tone. Unlock your ability to either be the thermostat or the temperature with your surroundings- from spouses to acquaintances.

  • Where do you feel specific emotions in your body? Is there a difference between an emotion and a feeing?
